Mini Sessions*: Individual, group, families, Dogs, Cats, etc! Sessions Fee – $75.00 Session lasts 20 minutes, takes place on-location. Include approximately 10 images.
Individual Session Fee – $99.00 – best fit for seniors, children, babies, and individuals. Session lasts 1hr, takes place on-location and can include 2 outfit changes. Include approximately 25 images from your session.(1 year smash cake session with this fee If you bring the cake and balloons, call or email for more details)
Family Session Fee (2-4 people) – $145.00 – best fit for families of 2-4 people, engagements & maternity. Please add $10.00 for each person after 4. Family sessions are only done on-location. Session lasts 1-2 hours (2 outfit changes engagement & maternity only) Include approximately 25 images from your session.
Newborn Only Session fee – $250.00 – the best time for this is before the baby turns 9 days, session is done at your place, include 2 hours , all siblings can be included. Include approximately 25 images, and one print 8x10 from the pose of your choice.
Hospital + Newborn Session fee – $385.00 – best fit for those that are wanting to get a session of both the delivery in the hospital and newborn session. Include a 2 hour newborn session + 45 min. shoot in hospital. (Add $80 for one hour of maternity.) Include approximately 50 images from all your sessions.
AFTER YOUR SHOOT -
Please allow 1- 2 weeks for editing processing time.
Photos from your session will be in a link. You will receive an email with a link when your pictures are ready. Please save your pictures before the link expiration date. I’m not keeping copies. A DVD with your pictures is available an extra cost.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS- hour sessions only
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you may move your schedule session date once.
Times and dates can be limited. Please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your session date to reschedule, and I will happily apply your deposit toward your re-scheduled date(s). If you do not contact me before the 48 hour deadline to let me know you will not be able to make your date, I will be forced to keep your non-refundable deposit, as I will be unable to fill your cancelled session with a replacement client on such short notice.
If you are scheduled for an outdoor shoot and it’s raining, hailing, snowing, or there is lightning your shoot will be rescheduled without penalty. I do not reschedule sessions due to overcast or cloudy weather.
Session fees are due in full before of scheduled session day. Payments may be paid with check or cash. All payments made are non-refundable.
All sales are final, and $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. ($ 250 non refundable for weddings) Package fee is due on the week of the session, no later than the day of the actual session (30 days before in all wedding packages). PayPal payment may reflect 6% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without any notice. Travel fee is required if location is located 30 miles are more from zip code 40031. Any cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled photo session will require a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Client Referrals – 25% off your next session for each client you refer that completes a 1 hour session, and you can use 4 referrals to get 1 Individual Session FREE or 5 referrals to get 1 Family Session FREE . Discount per referrals in a calendar year (Jan – Dec 2017) and need to be booked before Jan 30 2018.
Military and Teachers All active or retired Military( 25% off) and teachers (20% off) have an special discount in any family or individual session fee only , as a small “thank you” for all that you do for our country and children. ID required at the booking time.
